This website is operated by Aori Pure Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16313685, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Aori Pure Ltd.

Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Aori Pure Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and VAT invoices can't be issued. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card details.

Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural products vary: colour, texture and taste change with the season and the harvest, and raw honey crystallises naturally. Photographs are illustrative.

Food information
Allergen and ingredient information is on each product page and on the label. If you have an allergy and anything is unclear, email us before ordering.

Gift cards
Gift cards are issued by us, never expire, can be spent on anything in the shop, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to buy another gift card.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our refund policy.

Liability
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
