Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If something isn't right, emailaoripure@outlook.com and we'll sort it out.

Your right to cancel
If you're in the UK, you can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and return the items for a refund. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

What we can't take back
For food safety and hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of food, drink or skincare once they have been opened or the seal broken, unless the item is faulty. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned as above.

If something arrives damaged or faulty
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery cost, and you won't pay to return it.

Return postage
If you're returning something because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund goods that reach us.

Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your telling us you're cancelling if the goods never arrived. Bank processing usually adds a few days.

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for cash.
